A message dated March 31, 2000, was read stating the Senate has                
passed HB 112 with the following amendment and it is transmitted for           
consideration:                                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 112(FIN)                                         
"An Act establishing the Alaska public building fund; and
